Our 3 Intro Reformer Classes offer a supportive introduction to the reformer, allowing you to learn progressively over three sessions.You'll be guided through safe setup, foundational exercises, and key Pilates principles such as breath, control, and alignment. This series is designed to help you feel confident, comfortable, and ready to join regular reformer classes
